These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getfuelmaster.com (the "Site") and your purchase of FuelMaster™ products from Noorix LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to purchase from the Site.

The product

FuelMaster™ is a plug-in accessory for your vehicle's 12V power socket. Like any aftermarket accessory, individual results vary depending on vehicle age, engine condition, maintenance history, driving style, and driving conditions. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of a specific fuel-savings figure for your vehicle — that is exactly why every order is covered by our 180-day money-back guarantee (see Refunds below).

Orders, pricing, and promotions

• All prices on the Site are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
• Discounted prices shown alongside a crossed-out list price are limited-time promotional prices. Promotional pricing applies only at the time of purchase and may change or end without notice.
• Every purchase on the Site is a one-time payment. Your order total is shown before you confirm payment, and you will only be charged the amount displayed at checkout.
• We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are handled by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection; we never store your full card details.

Refunds, returns, and our 180-day guarantee

Every order is covered by a 180-day money-back guarantee. The full conditions and process are in our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Optional Extended Replacement Coverage (add-on)

At checkout you may optionally add 12-Month Extended Replacement Coverage for a one-time $4.99. It is never added unless you select it. What it covers:

• What you get: if your FuelMaster device stops working due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months of delivery, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping.
• How it differs from the 180-day guarantee: the 180-day money-back guarantee is about refunds if you're not satisfied. This coverage is about free replacement of a defective unit, and it runs longer (12 months).
• What it does not cover: loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. It is a manufacturer replacement warranty on the product we sell — not an insurance policy or third-party service contract.
• How to claim: email support@getfuelmaster.com with your order number and a short description (a photo helps). Approved replacements ship from our US warehouse.
• Refundable: if you decide you don't want the coverage, tell us within 30 days for a full refund of the $4.99.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using automated means for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Noorix LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the express 180-day guarantee above, the Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's guidance; the product plugs into the standard 12V accessory socket and does not modify your vehicle.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law gives you the right to another venue.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after the change.
