Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to PO Boxes outside the US or internationally at this time.

Shipping cost and options

Standard shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no hidden fees. You may optionally choose Expedited shipping for $7.99 at checkout for faster delivery.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within 24–48 business hours of purchase.
• Standard delivery (free): most orders arrive within 7–10 business days of dispatch, carried by USPS or UPS.
• Expedited delivery ($7.99): most orders arrive within 4–6 business days of dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

During holiday periods or carrier disruptions, delivery can take a few days longer — your tracking link always shows the current status.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at support@getfuelmaster.com — we can usually correct an address before the order leaves the warehouse.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us. We will either reship your order for free or refund you in full — your choice.
